What a phone call can and cannot cover
A telephone consultation cannot replace what has to be seen and felt in person. Where assessment is needed, as with posture or a joint, we will recommend coming in. For things a call handles well, such as reviewing progress or discussing medication, there is no need to travel. We will decide together during the call what is needed.

Q. Do I have to live in Jinju?
A. No. Telephone consultations are available wherever you live. Home visits and home medical care, however, are limited to Jinju.
Q. Is it all right if I have no test results?
A. That is fine. They help when you have them, but you can register without them.
Q. Can a first visit be by phone?
A. It depends on the condition. Where it is hard to judge by phone, we will recommend coming in. Call us first and describe your situation, and we will guide you.
